Spencer Pinewood Derby May 2013

Below are pictures of Spencer's Pinewood Derby--he won "Most Creative".  Preston and Lauryn also had Pinewood Derby cars.  Nate did a great job as Cubmaster.  

Sarah B Day May 2013

Hi All, 

Sarah had her birthday this week and what a great birthday party!  She had fun crinkling wrapping paper and eating chocolate cupcakes.  Doesn't she look cute.....

Fox and Bird May 2013

We went on several bike rides this week and saw a den of foxes.  Look carefully at the picture and you can see a fox. 

I also got a pretty good picture of a blackbird.  

Obviously I'm not going to win any any photography awards but I thought these pictures were interesting

Minnesota Trip May 2013

We had a lovely visit with Andrea and Mike this week in Minnesota.  Sandy and Andrea decorated the nursery.  We played games, ate out and shopped.  I spent time working on my LDSBC stuff. 

Sandy made two beautiful quilts and a diaper bag that turned out great! 

Alyssa Baptism, April 2013

Alyssa got baptized this Saturday!  She was excited and happy.  Nate/Beth and family; Brian/Mindi and family; Matt/Kaelynn as well as Kevin and Sandra Howlett were all at the baptism.  After the baptism, we went back to Chris and Lisa’s house and talked/ate.  It was a wonderful day.  Sandy and I, Matt and Kaelynn left on Sunday after church at Chris and Lisa’s ward. 

Birthday, Skiing 2013

Hi All, 

Alyssa, Matthew and Preston all had birthdays this month.  Unfortunately, we were only able to be at Preston's birthday.  Also, I went skiing with my Dad this month.  I took a movie of me skiing down the slopes....

Lauryn and the cups games, March 2013

Lauryn was a hoot!  We watched Spencer, Preston and Lauryn while Nate and Beth went car shopping.  We made up a game of knocking down paper cups with paper airplanes and with a nerf ball.  Lauryn’s efforts at knocking them over are hilarious.  The first video shows Preston knocking cups over.  The second video shows Lauryn.  The third video show Lauryn bowling
